Recording available till last day of current batch, You can follow the link to practise at your convenient time keeping 2-3 hours meal gap from the practice
If the physical injury is 1-2 months old then avoid practising online, go for offline classes. If it has been more than 4-5 months, you can join this program by following adjustments taught in class
